1 hour personal training sessions are available for 1 or 2 people and cost £20 for the hour. The sessions are suited to the individual and can include, free weight training, kettlebell, step, core stability, cardiovascular training, weight loss, body weight, BMI and other relevant measurements. (There is an additional charge of £3 per person for use of the gym unless you are a gym member). Individual 15 minute (£5) and half hour (£10) sessions can be booked for 1 person to meet and review the past weeks training and plan for the next week.
